The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has released the notification of the recruitment for the posts of Law Clerks. Eligible candidates can apply before 22-07-2023 (05:00 P.M.).

| Law Clerks Rs.35,000/- | 26 | (i) The Candidate should have acquired a Degree in Law from a recognized University, having studied a 5-year regular stream after completion of 10+2 years of schooling or who have studied (after 10+2) a regular curriculum degree course followed by a 3-year regular law degree from a University or a college affiliated to a recognized University. (ii) The Candidate should have passed the Degree in Law within 2 years immediately preceding the date of notification for selection of Law Clerks. (iii) The Candidate should not be pursuing any other regular course of study or pursuing any other profession or occupation, which may require them to be away from their place of work during the period of their engagement as Law Clerk. (iv) The Candidate should not have enrolled as an Advocate in any of the State Bar Councils. |
Age Limit:- Below 30 Years
Application Fee:- OC/ BC categories candidates have to pay Rs.800 and Rs.400 for SC/ ST categories through online mode.
How to Apply:- The duly filled-in applications along with attested copies of necessary documents relating to proof of age, and academic qualifications shall be sent to the undersigned i.e., Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of A.P. at Amaravati, Nelapadu, Guntur District, A.P, Pincode 522239 under Registered Post with acknowledgment due, subscribing on postal cover “Application for the post of Law Clerks”. The applications shall reach the undersigned on or before 22-07-2023 by 5:00 PM.
Selection Procedure:- Shortlisting, Viva Voce, and Merit
Notes:-
- He/ she must be a citizen of India.
- No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
- Applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.
