Application Fees:- Eligible candidates have to pay application fees of Rs. 250/- (Rs. 50/- in the case of SC/ST) through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund A/c No.1 payable at SBI Keralapuram Branch.
How to Apply:- Eligible candidates can appear for the interview with documents (Degree Certificate, TCMC/ MCI Registration Certificate, Matriculation Certificate in support of Date Of Birth, Experience Certificate, Caste Certificate, Demand Draft (as applicable)) in originals along with one attested copy at Administrative Block ESIC Hospital Ezhukone on 16-08-2021
