| Company Secretary | 01 | (i) The candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary. (ii) The candidate should have 3 years experience as Company Secretary in Corporate Governance and compliance of all rules, regulations applicable to Urban Co-operative Bank, Conducting Board Meetings/ Various Committees of Board/ Annual General Meeting, preparation of minutes and to file various forms and annual returns with respective authorities such as RBI, Registrar of Multi-state Co-operatives, State and Central Government authorities, in consultation with respective functional heads and to comply with all statutory requirements and filing of Returns such as TDS, GST, PF, Income Tax etc. |
| Chief Risk Officer | 01 | (i) The Candidate should be a Graduate with Professional Certification in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals or a Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. General Manager or above in one or more Banks, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entities.
