Pay Scale & Salary

C-DAC offers attractive salaries based on the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations. Scientific and Technical staff typically fall into Pay Level 7 (approx. ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400) and above, depending on post and experience. Along with basic pay, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other perks as per government rules.
