Pay Scale & Salary

Salaries at CPWD adhere to the 7th Central Pay Commission scales. For Junior Engineers, the pay matrix level is generally Level 6 (₹35,400-₹1,12,400), with Assistant Engineers at Level 7 or 8. In addition to basic pay, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Medical Facilities, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
