Pay Scale & Salary

Employees are compensated as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. For instance, an Income Tax Inspector (Group C, sometimes Group B non-gazetted) typically falls under Level 7 (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400), while an IRS Officer (Group A) starts at Level 10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500).
