Pay Scale & Salary

Scientists at DIBER, like other DRDO labs, are recruited at Level 10 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (approx. ₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500 monthly basic pay) plus various allowances (DA, HRA, Transport Allowance). Research Fellows and Associates receive monthly stipends as per DST guidelines, along with HRA if applicable.
