Pay Scale & Salary
Employees are compensated as per the 7th Central Pay Commission scales. For entry-level Scientists/Engineers, the pay typically starts at Level 10 (approx. Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500 basic pay) with additional benefits like Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), medical facilities, and Contributory Provident Fund.
