Pay Scale & Salary

Employees at IICT receive salaries as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. For common posts like Scientist 'B', the pay scale is typically Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 - Rs. 1,77,500). In addition to the basic pay, personnel are eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), medical benefits, and other allowances as per Government of India rules.
