Pay Scale & Salary
Faculty salaries align with UGC/AICTE norms, often following the 7th Pay Commission, with pay scales for Assistant Professors (Level 10-12), Associate Professors (Level 13A), and Professors (Level 14-15). Administrative staff receive salaries as per central government pay scales. Benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), medical facilities, and Contributory Provident Fund (CPF)/NPS.
