Pay Scale & Salary
Salaries at IIM Shillong adhere to Central Government norms and the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations. Faculty positions follow UGC pay scales, while administrative staff receive competitive pay bands with allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA).
