For faculty positions like Assistant Professor, salaries typically align with the 7th Pay Commission, starting at Academic Level 10 (approx. Rs. 57,700 - 98,200 basic pay) plus HRA, DA, and other allowances. Non-teaching staff roles, such as Junior Assistant or Technical Assistant, also follow government pay scales (e.g., Level 2 to Level 6) with attractive benefits, including medical facilities, housing options (subject to availability), and retirement benefits.
