Pay Scale & Salary
Salaries at IIT Indore adhere to the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) recommendations. Faculty members receive attractive emoluments based on Academic Pay Levels (e.g., Level 10 for Assistant Professor, Level 13A2 for Professor). Non-teaching staff are compensated as per the Pay Matrix levels, with additional benefits including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other perks.
