Pay Scale & Salary
Indian Oil Corporation offers competitive salaries aligned with the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern. For common officer posts (e.g., Engineer/Officer), the pay scale typically ranges from Rs. 50,000-1,60,000 (E2 grade) to Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (E3 grade) per month, plus various allowances such as HRA, DA, medical benefits, performance-related pay, and Provident Fund.
