Pay Scale & Salary

Indian Oil offers competitive pay scales as per Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) guidelines. For Officers (e.g., Grade A), typical pay ranges from INR 60,000 to INR 1,80,000, supplemented with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), medical benefits, performance-related pay, and provident fund.
