The Ministry of Ayush , Government of India, stands as a pivotal central government body dedicated to promoting, researching, and developing traditional and alternative systems of medicine in India. Established to give renewed thrust to indigenous systems like Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Sowa-Rigpa, and Homoeopathy (AYUSH), the Ministry plays a crucial role in integrating these holistic healthcare practices into the national health infrastructure.
