Pay Scale & Salary

NTRO employees are compensated as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. For Scientific/Technical Officer posts, salaries typically range from Pay Level 7 (Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400) to Pay Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500) or higher, depending on the designation. In addition to basic pay, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other government-mandated perks and allowances.
