Pay Scale & Salary

Power Grid offers an attractive compensation package based on the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pattern. Entry-level Executive Trainees typically start with a pay scale (E2 grade) in the range of INR 50,000 - 1,60,000. Besides basic pay, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or leased accommodation, perks & allowances (up to 35% of basic pay), medical facilities, Gratuity, PF, and various other benefits, ensuring a comprehensive package.
