Salaries at RARI Gangtok adhere to the 7th Central Pay Commission matrix for regular posts, inclusive of Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and medical benefits. For project-based roles like Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) and Senior Research Fellows (SRFs), emoluments are fixed as per prevailing CCRAS/Government of India guidelines.
