Pay Scale & Salary
Employees at SERC are compensated according to the 7th Central Pay Commission scales. Scientists typically fall under Pay Level 10 to 14, while Technical Officers and Technical Assistants are placed in Pay Level 6 to 8. In addition to basic pay, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and comprehensive medical facilities.
