Pay Scale & Salary

Salaries at SWR are governed by the 7th Central Pay Commission. For Group C posts like Assistant Loco Pilot or Technician, pay generally starts from Level 2/3 (approximately ₹19,900 to ₹21,700 basic pay), plus Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other perks.
