Key Responsibilities - Strategic Analysis: Design, execute, and oversee advanced analytical projects that evaluate business health, market trends, and operational efficiencies. - Data Architecture & Modeling: Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data structures, design robust data models, and streamline ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines for analytics. - Executive Stakeholder Management: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, impactful stories and strategic recommendations for executive leadership and department heads. - Advanced Dashboarding: Oversee the development of enterprise-level, scalable dashboards and automated reporting systems using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical guidance, code reviews (SQL/Python), and analytical mentorship to mid-level and junior data analysts on the team. - Data Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for data documentation, metric definitions, and data quality assurance across the organization. - Predictive Insights: Utilize statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to predict future business trends and mitigate risks. Skills and QualificationsRequired Technical Skills - Extensive skilled experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record in a Senior or Lead analytics capacity. - Expert-level SQL proficiency, including the ability to write, tune, and optimize highly complex queries across massive datasets. - Deep expertise in building complex, production-grade data visualizations and semantic layers in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Strong proficiency in programming languages for data analysis, specifically Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R. - Strong experience working with up-to-date cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or AWS Redshift). - Solid understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design (A/B testing), and data mining techniques.
