In this role as an HR Manager Talent Acquisition at IDAS Global in Mohali, your primary focus will be on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding accounting and finance professionals. You will be responsible for building specialized finance talent pipelines and collaborating with accounting leadership to achieve hiring goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct full-cycle recruitment for accounting & finance roles, including creating job descriptions, utilizing niche channels for sourcing, screening candidates, assessing technical fit, and closing successful hires. - Collaborate with Accounts leadership to establish competency matrices, technical tests, and interview frameworks. - Develop employer branding strategies targeted at finance talent, engage with campus CA/ICWA programs, and participate in professional community outreach. - Maintain talent pools for various finance roles such as AP/AR, GL, tax, compliance, MIS, and reporting. - Monitor recruitment analytics for finance hires including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire metrics. - Provide role-specific onboarding and ramp-up support for new finance employees. - Implement ATS tagging and assessment workflows for finance positions, conduct market mapping, and benchmark compensation. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Possess 47 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with a proven track record in hiring accounting/finance professionals. - Hold a Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel, along with solid domain knowledge of accounting roles.
