In the role of an ESG Reporting Analyst at McCormick, you will play a crucial part in collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data to support corporate sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing ESG Data Portfolio: - Implementing the platform for all ESG related data and reporting metrics for McCormick. - Ensuring data accuracy and integrity of the ESG Software solution for PLP data collection process. - Developing and drafting disclosures for ESG related reports. - Partnering with the ESG Reporting manager to enable effective and timely process from data collection to external & internal reporting. - Developing and maintaining dashboards using visualization tools for ESG Data. - Compliance and Framework Alignment: - Managing ESG Software procedures, documentation, and audit trails. - Ensuring alignment with global ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements. - Continuous Improvement: - Gathering ESG-related data from internal systems and external partners. - Identifying opportunities to enhance ESG data processes and automation. - Collaborating with IT and sustainability teams to improve data systems. - Partnering with the ESG Reporting manager to enable standardization of processes, reporting, and ways of working. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field. - Experience: 3-6 years in ESG reporting, sustainability analytics, or data analysis. - Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Knowledge: ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP). - Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with sustainability platforms and an understanding of ESG requirements.
