Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection process3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisations5. Nurture a positive working environment6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managementRequired skills:1. Proven working experience as HR for organization in all aspects2. People oriented and results driven3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases5. Ability to archive strategy along with leadership skills6. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company8.
