This program specially caters to women professionals who had a break in their career for a duration of six months to one year or more for jobs based in India. Under this initiative, women with gaps in the work cycle can restart or reboot their careers.

What is the ‘Begin Again’ Program?
This Begin Again program caters to women with gaps in the work cycle. Women techies can reimagine their second career with Wipro. Begin Again is Wipro’s Inclusion and Diversity [I&D] initiative for women who are looking to relaunch their career post a break – be it for a sabbatical, motherhood, elderly care, travel, passion, or any other personal reasons. The initiative enables talented women to explore career opportunities that will harness their potential and allow them to get back on track with the present demands of the industry.

Under Begin Again, Wipro has announced multiple hirings across multiple functions pan-India and the details of the roles are specified on the official website. The first batch of Begin Again will begin in a couple of weeks from now, employing 50 -150 women re-entering their professions in the first quarter. The Company will be looking to broaden this number in the future, depending on the experience with the first batch.
