Supreme Court of India has officially released a notification regarding the SCI Recruitment 2022. The Supreme Court of India (SCI) has released a recruitment notification, inviting online applications from Indian citizens for filling up vacancies for the post of Junior Court Assistant (Group ‘B’ Non Gazetted). There are a total of 210 vacancies at present for which job seekers can apply.
SCI Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum age limit for candidates to apply SCI Jobs 2022 application is 18 Years and the maximum age limit is 30 Years. The candidates should at least possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and should have knowledge of computer operation. Minimum speed of 35 w.p.m. in English Typing on Computer.
Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2022 Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General, and OBC categories are required to pay Rs. 500 as an application fee. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PH/Freedom Fighter categories are required to pay Rs 250.
SCI Recruitment 2022: Steps to Apply
- Visit the official website
- Once you visit the official website, there will be an advertisement running in bold red colour which says “Recruitment Online Application for the Post of Junior Court Assistant”
- Click on it and it will directly take you to the registration link
- If you are a new user, click on new registration
- Fill in the details and get yourself registered
- Then you will receive your application number and password
- Login with the details
- Then fill in the application form and pay the examination fee
- Take a print out of the form once filled for future reference
Selection Process for SCI Jr Court Assistant 2022
The selection will be done in 5 stages:
Stage 1 – Objective Type Question paper with multiple choice answers containing 100 questions (consisting of 50 General English questions including comprehension section, 25 General Aptitude questions and 25 General Knowledge questions). The duration of the exam is 2 hours. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th marks.
Stage 2 – Objective Type Computer Knowledge Test (25 questions)
Stage 3 – Typing (English) test on Computer with minimum speed 35 w.p.m. after deduction of mistakes (mistakes
allowed 3%) 10 minutes
Stage 4 – Descriptive Test (in English Language) consisting of Comprehension passage, Precis Writing and Essay Writing
Stage 5 – Interview. After qualifying in the prescribed test and Interview, the selected candidates will be empanelled in the order of merit for appointment as Junior Court Assistant.
