Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has released the notification for the recruitment of HEMM Operators. Eligible candidates can apply before 31-01-2022.

Pay Scale:- As Per the guidelines of CIL
How to Apply:- The interested applicants shall fill the prescribed application form by entering all the relevant details specified in the application form and submit
i) by hand to the Office of the Staff Officer (Personnel) of the concerned Area/ Unit from where the applicant had superannuated.
ii) by registered post/ speed post to the Office of the Staff Officer (Personnel) of the concerned Area/Unit
iii) by mail to rectt.ncl@coalindia.in.
Selection Procedure:- Eligible applicants meeting the minimum eligibility criteria as specified will be assessed based on the specified parameters such as Physical Attendance, Annual Confidential Report (ACR) and Incentive earned in the preceding three years of superannuation
Place of Posting:- Selected applicants could be posted in any of the mines of NCL and transferred to other mines of NCL during the engagement period.
Notes:-
- No TA/ DA will be paid for joining on being selected.
- The total number of vacancies may vary.
