High Court of Telangana has released the notification for the recruitment of a Civil Judge in the state of Telangana. Eligible candidates can apply from 06-05-2022 to 06-06-2022 (11:59 PM).

| Civil Judge Rs.27700 – 44770 per month | 50 | Direct Recruitment:- (i) (a) Must possess a Degree in Law of the University in India established or incorporated by or under a central act or an institution recognized by the university grants commission and enrolled in the bar council of Telanagana or in the bar council of the other state. AND (b) Must have been practicing as an advocate or pleader in any court for a period of not less than 3 years on the date of notification for the recruitment to the post. AND (c) Must have attained the age of 25 years and must not have attained 35 years in the case of OC category and 40 years in the case of the persons belonging to SC, ST, and Socially and Educationally Backward class as on the 1st July of the year as on 01-07-2021. OR (ii) (a) Must be a Law Graduate possessing a Degree in Law from a recognized University as mentioned in clause (I) above, who is eligible to be enrolled as an advocate and who has secured an overall 60% and above marks in acquiring such as law degree in case of open categories and 55% and above marks in the respect of other reserved categories and has not enrolled as an advocate. to fall into this category, candidates must have obtained a degree in law within a period of three years prior to the date of notification. AND (b) Must have attained the age of 23 years and must not have completed the age of 26 years as of the 1st July of the year in which the notification for selection to the posts is made. OR (iii) Persons who have enrolled as an advocate but do not possess three years of practice at the bar would be eligible to appear in the recruitment for the post of Civil judge, under the category of fresh law graduates, provided they satisfy the other requisite eligibility criteria. Recruitment by Transfer:- (i) (a) Must possess a Degree in Law of the University in India established or incorporated by or under a central act or an institution recognized by the university grants commission and which a valid for enrollment as an advocated as per rules of the bar council of India. (ii) Has not completed forty-eight years of age as of the 1st July of the year in which the notification for selection to the post is made |
