Set up by the Government of India in 1960, the Film & Television Institute of India is situated on the grounds of erstwhile Prabhat Studio. Film and Television Institute of India is a member of the International Liaison Center of Schools of Cinema and Television (CILECT), an organization of the world’s leading schools of film and television.
