Pay Scale & Salary

Salaries at ADA adhere to the Central Government pay scales, typically following the 7th Pay Commission recommendations. Entry-level Scientist/Engineer 'B' posts often fall under Pay Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500), along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other perks like medical facilities and subsidized accommodation. Higher posts offer progressively better pay scales and benefits.
