Senior Accountant Corporate Accounting

As a Senior Accountant at Zywave, Inc., your role will involve executing and enhancing general ledger accounting, month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial analysis across various entities and currencies. You will be vital in ensuring compliance with US GAAP, supporting tax and audit activities, and driving process improvements through automation initiatives using AI-powered tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage timely and accurate month-end and year-end close tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. - Serve as a subject matter expert in technical accounting areas such as Commissions, Leases, Fixed Assets, Prepaids, and Intercompany. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precise financial reporting. - Identify and implement process improvements, including automation using AI-powered tools and bots. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory accounting guidance.
