Utility Maintenance

Ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of all plant utility systems (Air compressor & Dryers, Cooling towers, Chillers, Nitrogen plants, WTP, STP/ETP, MHE (Forklift & Mobile cranes), HVAC, Air washer, water supply and management systems etc.). Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. Monitor utility consumption (energy, water, air) and drive efficiency improvements. Manage AMCs, vendors, and service providers for smooth utility operations. Lead and supervise utility and maintenance teams, ensure skill development and safe practices. Ensure compliance with statutory norms and maintain ISO audit readiness. Oversee safety systems including work permits, LOTO, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate maintenance records and SAP documentation. Support plant expansion, commissioning, and modification projects. Control maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and budget utilization. Prepare MIS reports on performance, downtime, and utility consumption. Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and rootcause problem solving.
