Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with Clarity and Professionalism. Conveying messages, making appointments. Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room & hotel bookings. Liaise with consultants, travel agencies, and embassies for visa and travel-related matters. Manage front desk operations, including courier handling, filing, and documentation. Provide support to HR and other departments if required.
