IT Support Engineer I, Ops Tech Solutions Delivery

Role Overview: Operations is at the heart of Amazons business, known for speed, accuracy, and exceptional service. The Operational Technology Support (OTS) team provides essential global IT support to Amazon Operations. As an IT Support Engineer I, you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions and offering high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software across designated geographical areas. Key Responsibilities: - Manage local technical projects. - Maintain or develop policies, procedures, and processes. - Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies. - Provide remote support to global customers. - Travel within the local or regional area to assist customers. Qualification Required: - 1+ years of experience in Windows Server technologies such as AD, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM. - 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment. - 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience. - 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery. - 2+ years of networking experience including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP. - 2+ years …
