Salesforce Data Analyst

Role Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Analyst to analyze, prepare, validate, and reconcile KYC workflow data for migration from legacy tactical tools (e.g. Jira, Excel, Access) into the EMEA 1LoD KYC Workflow Tool built on nCino (Salesforce platform). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all in-flight KYC onboarding and renewal cases are accurately represented within nCino at go-live, maintaining data integrity, workflow status, SLA tracking, and auditability. As the data migration subject matter expert (SME) for nCino, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to minimize operational and regulatory risks. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze legacy KYC workflow data (Jira, Excel, Access, etc.) to identify in-scope in-flight onboarding and renewal cases for migration into nCino. - Define migration scope, assumptions, cut-off rules, and exclusions, clearly distinguishing data to be migrated into nCino versus data remaining in KYC golden source systems. - Produce source-to-target data mappings aligned to the nCino/Salesforce data model, including case and workflow status mapping, SLA and due date logic, ownership, role and queue mappings, r…
