This is a field-based, target-driven role focused on agent partner onboarding, relationship management, and insurance business generation across Motor, Life, and Health insurance products. Key Responsibilities *Recruit and onboard agent partners within the assigned territory *Drive insurance sales through agent partners *Build and maintain strong partner relationships *Conduct regular field visits, training, and partner engagement *Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets *Support agents with product training, portal/app usage, and service coordination Candidate Profile *10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduation in any stream *Good communication and relationship management skills *Comfortable with field sales and target-based work *Self-driven individual contributor Compensation & Benefits *CTC: 2.50 LPA *Performance-based incentives *Medical insurance & travel allowance Here is the link for the intervie…
