Location: Bangalore (5 Days WFO) Shift: 247 NOC Support Experience: 5-8 Years Key Skills Required: NOC Network Operations AWS Cloud Networking AWS CloudWatch Azure Cloud Networking Incident Monitoring & Troubleshooting ITSM Tools & Monitoring Platforms Job Responsibilities: Handle Enterprise & Cloud Network Operations in a 24/7 NOC environment Manage AWS & Azure Cloud Networking including VPC/VNet, Routing, TGW/VWAN, VPN, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect Monitor cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Grafana, and SolarWinds Work on incident management and support ITSM processes using ServiceNow Ensure smooth network performance, monitoring, and issue resolution Preferred Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Networking Basic knowledge of Azure Networking Experience in monitoring and observability tools
