The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on unpaid, denied, or underpaid medical claims and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims. Analyze and resolve denied, rejected, or underpaid claims. Work on claim status checks, appeals, and payment follow-ups. Document call outcomes and update claim information in the billing system. Identify root causes of claim denials and take corrective actions. Ensure timely resolution of accounts receivable (AR) balances. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and coding issues. Required Skills Good verbal and written English communication. Knowledge of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
