The role involves real-time monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination with security and emergency teams. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor live CCTV feeds across TCS facilities and data centers. • Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards. • Maintain surveillance logs and incident reports accurately. • Coordinate with on-ground security personnel during emergencies. • Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording systems. • Report equipment malfunctions to the technical support team. • Retrieve and provide recorded footage when required for investigations. • Follow company security protocols and compliance standards. • Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and company information.
