Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing warehouse and road transport operations across India and the MEA region to ensure seamless execution, scalability, efficiency, and compliance. Your role will involve driving cost optimization, innovation, agility, and competitiveness while leading logistics operations. You will lead projects, monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions, and standardize SOPs to achieve operational excellence. Your focus will be on fostering continuous improvement, strategic execution, and collaboration with key stakeholders from various departments like finance, HSE, supply chain, plant operations, global logistics, legal, and HR. You are expected to be a proactive, execution-focused leader with expertise in logistics, process improvement, and supply chain efficiency at both regional and global levels.
