Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) Company: IntouchCX Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru Process: International Voice Process Shift: Permanent Night Shift Transportation: Both-side cab facility (up to 25 km radius) Salary: 3.4 LPA CTC Take-home: Approximately 30,000/month Performance Incentive: Up to 6,000/month Attendance Bonus: 500/month Free meals provided Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Eligibility Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience. Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Comfortable working in complete night shifts.
