Telecaller (Freshers) Delhi

We are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and coordinate with clients for our Aluminum Formwork business operations.Job Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.Support the Sales Manager in daily sales activities.Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, meetings, and follow-ups.Maintain proper client database and update records regularly.Share product/company information with clients over calls and WhatsApp/email.Follow up with existing and new clients for business opportunities.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and work updates.Schedule client meetings and maintain follow-up reports.Build good relationships with clients and provide timely support.Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet.Confident on calls and client coordination.Good follow-up and convincing skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Qualification:12th Pass / GraduatePreferred Industry:Candidates from construction, interior, building material, or aluminum formwork background will be preferred.Experience 0 - 2 Years
