Analyst/Senior Analyst - Financial & Regulatory Reporting/Management Company Accounting

As an Analyst at DE Shaw, you will be responsible for the following: - Collaborating with senior stakeholders to set up complex fund structures and transactions - Conducting historical and projected analyses of fund performance and technical accounting analysis for complex financial instruments - Providing key performance metrics to facilitate decision-making through reporting, analyses, and recommendations - Driving technology projects to develop reporting and analysis tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx) and streamline workflows - Staying updated on technical accounting developments (US GAAP, UK GAAP, HK GAAP) and providing guidance on accounting standards Qualifications required for this role include: - CA qualification with 0-3 years of experience in financial reporting, management accounting, and financial planning - Knowledge of business intelligence tools and global accounting frameworks - Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills - Ability to work in an agile environment with time-sensitive, high-quality deliverables - Exposure to asset management or investment banking industries is preferred In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, the…
