Delivery Services Manager

As an experienced line manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our delivery organization in India. Your focus will be on people management, recruitment, delivery tracking, and developing relationships with clients. We are seeking a strong people person with excellent client engagement skills, capable of transforming business goals into actionable plans and executing them independently while proactively managing risks and obstacles. Please note that this role does not involve direct technical/delivery projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive delivery, quality, and productivity in global delivery teams for the global Swiss bank in India, actively supporting new business growth. - Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context. - Initiate and drive the recruitment process, track hiring pipeline, and provide regular reporting.
