Sr Analyst - Billing & AR Accounting

As a Senior Analyst - Billing & AR Accounting at GroundTruth, your role will involve managing monthly billing reconciliation across all business lines to ensure accurate and timely invoices. You will act as a liaison between Operations, Account Management, Collections, and External Auditors, maintaining smooth workflows. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and monitoring accounts receivable, assisting with month-end close activities, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all billing and AR activities to meet audit and compliance standards. Additionally, you will analyze and report on AR aging, billing metrics, and trends, providing actionable insights to leadership. You will also review and approve employee expense reports, investigate missing receipts or policy violations, and ensure accurate and timely recording of expenses in the financial reporting system.
