Hiring For HR Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an HR Executive to handle hiring, employee management, and daily HR activities. The role focuses on recruiting candidates for research, technical, and support roles in a PhD assistance company.Key Responsibilities:Post job openings on job portals and social mediaSource and screen candidates (HR, Research Analysts, Technical roles, etc.)Schedule and coordinate interviewsHandle onboarding and joining formalitiesMaintain employee records and attendanceMonitor employee performance and daily reportingSupport team leaders in managing targets and productivityHandle employee queries and maintain a positive work environmentAssist in training coordination and performance trackingRequirements:Any degree (MBA HR preferred)Good communication skills (Tamil & English)Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processesAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesFreshers or experienced candidates can applySkills Required:Communication & coordinationRecruitment & sourcingTeam handling supportTime managementBasic MS Office knowledgeWork Location:Nagercoil / Work from OfficeSalary:Based on experience + performance incentivesExperience 2 - 8 Years
