Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join our auto components manufacturing organization based in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be between 4050 years of age, preferably residing within a 5 km radius of the office, and hold a B.Com or M.Com degree, with CA Inter being an added advantage. The candidate should have 1015 years of experience in Accounts and Finance, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing or MSME environment. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, including finalization of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet, along with handling GST returns and reconciliations, TDS, Income Tax compliance, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities, preparing MIS reports, monitoring cash flow, supporting basic costing activities, and supervising a team of 23 accounts staff.
