Job Discerption • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with interview panels • Handling candidate documentation and background verification • Assisting in joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs • Managing HR emails, notices, and communication • Preparing MIS reports and weekly/monthly HR dashboards • Supporting HR team in daily administrative tasks • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools • Basic understanding of recruitment processes • Accuracy in documentation & record-keeping • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Professional conduct and confidentiality • Problem solving abilities • Team coordination and support • Organized and detail oriented Education- 12th Pass or Graduation Any.
