Quality Control Officer

As an M.Sc. in Chemistry, your role will involve monitoring the process efficiency and quality of output in the plant. You will be responsible for recommending and implementing initiatives to improve the same. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure quality control and assurance at the plant in alignment with the corporate plan of HINCOL. - Engage with key customers to understand complaints and customer issues regarding quality. - Collaborate with marketing on important quality issues related to customer complaints and support in resolving them effectively and promptly. - Establish standards for raw material and product quality within the plant. - Choose auditors for QS systems. - Act as the Management Representative of QS 9000 System. - Introduce new management initiatives in the Quality department. Additionally, you will be required to encourage a higher level of IT enablement in the plant.
